By accessing or using InboxBox ("we", "us", "our") services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
InboxBox provides email outreach, deliverability tools, shared inboxes and related features. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
You may not use the services for unlawful activities, harassment, unsolicited bulk email that violates applicable laws, or any activity that harms others' systems or data. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms in effect when you subscribe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all fees. We may change fees with notice. Refunds are provided only as described in our billing policy or as required by law.
You retain ownership of your content (emails, contacts, attachments) that you upload or provide. By using the service you grant InboxBox a limited license to store, transmit and process that content to provide the services. InboxBox retains ownership of the platform, software and all intellectual property rights not expressly granted.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Gmail), your use is also subject to those third parties' terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific deliverability or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxBox and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you to InboxBox in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold InboxBox harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or other policies, or for nonpayment. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends and we may delete or anonymize your data after any applicable retention period, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The service may contain links to third-party sites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content. Use of third-party services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where InboxBox is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or prominent notice on our site) before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InboxBox regarding the service, superseding prior agreements.
